Where are your products made?

All our products are made in our own knitting workshop in Clamart, in the Paris region.

We have more than 50 years of experience in knitting. We master the entire production chain, from the creation of design to the final product. Going through the choice of thread, mesh, knitting and assembly, excavation washing and finally ironing and shipping.

Where are your products sold?

E-shop, and in some multi -brand resellers.

Do you do sales or promotions?

We do not promote our products. We strive to always produce in the best way, using noble raw materials.

We implement our shipping and knitting know-how to highlight French manufacturing and offer you a resistant product that lasts over time.

We are a knitting workshop and we make all our products ourselves. This is why we consider selling our products at the right price.

THE SIZE

What size should I choose?

If you are not sure of the size that suits you, consult our charters of sizes available in all product sheets.

Our products have a slightly large shape.

Our model measures 1m80 and bears the size M.

Will the sweaters extend over time?

No, the sweaters will not extend over time because they have been knitted at the right adjustment as a function of the wire used and then washed and excavated which allows the mesh to be fixed.

Delivery and return

What is your shipping policy?

The delivery costs are not refundable in the event of a return.

Do you ship abroad?

Yes, we ship around the world. Shipping costs will apply depending on the delivery area.

What is the processing time for my order?

Orders are processed within 12 to 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

What is the delivery time for my order?

The items are delivered within 4 to 5 working days from the order throughout metropolitan France.
Delivery by Colissimo in 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

Are delivery and feedback free?

Delivery is free in mainland France from € 150 purchases.

The feedback is free.

What are the return conditions?

You have a period of 14 days after receipt of your order to return your documents to us against refund or have, if they do not suit you.

The damaged parts or whose label has been detached may not be returned.

Returns are offered from metropolitan France via Colissimo (label valid for 7 days). The product must be returned in its original packaging, in its original state, new, unashed, unwanted, accompanied if possible the delivery slip received in the order. The size exchange only is also possible via the return procedure above.

How to apply for refund?

To be reimbursed, it is imperative to return the product to us within 14 days of receipt of your order.

How to exchange a product?

The product does not suit you or simply have you changed your mind? We understand.

It is possible to return the product to us for an exchange or a refund within 14 days from the day of receipt of the order.

Exemption during the holiday season, the deadline goes from 14 to 30 days.

Product maintenance

How to wash my sweater?

Our sweaters can be washed by hand with cold or hot water.

Do not wash your sweater very often, wash it after having worn it 5 or 6 times and avoid going to the dryer.

We advise you to read our article "Take care of your sweaters" for more details.

Do your products go to the machine?

The only products that pass to the machine are: the Marcel sweater, the tank top Rome, and the Tournay vest.

Previligier a machine washing at 20 °, wool or delicate program.

Not all other products go to the machine.
