Shipping and Delivery

Items are delivered to mainland France within 4 to 5 business days from the date the order is confirmed. Delivery is handled by Colissimo within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping is free for orders of €200 or more to mainland France and Belgium.

For orders below this amount, shipping costs are as follows:

Colissimo pickup point:

- €4 for orders under €75 (estimated delivery time: 4 to 5 business days);

- €6 for orders between €75 and €200 (estimated delivery time: 4 to 5 business days) .

Colissimo home delivery:

- €6 for orders under €75 (estimated delivery time: 2 to 3 business days);

- €9 for orders between €75 and €200 (estimated delivery time: 2 to 3 business days).

For deliveries outside mainland France:

MBTJM undertakes to ship the Products within a reasonable time after the order has been confirmed. The delivery times indicated are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee of delivery.

 

Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return any products that do not meet your expectations for an exchange or refund.

The following conditions must be met for the return to be accepted:

- The product must be returned in its original packaging, in new condition, unworn, unwashed, and with the tag intact.

- Items that are damaged, soiled, or have had the tag removed cannot be returned.

Returns are available from mainland France via Colissimo, with a prepaid return label valid for 7 days.
